The Victorian Social Golf Club Championships
The Victorian Social Golf Club Championships (VSGCC) is an official State Championship for players representing their social golf clubs. Golfers compete in regional qualifiers to earn a place in the Final. The event was developed as a state championship for golfers who are members of social golf clubs with the support of, and officially sanctioned by, the governing amateur bodies in Victoria: The Victorian Golf Association (VGA), Women's Golf Victoria (WGV) and Golf Australia.
Brunswick SGC triumphs in the 2009 VSGCC!

Thunderbolts crack win in 2008 VSGCC Final
The inaugural VSGCC was held in 2008 and competitors took home over $11,000 in prizes. The Thunderbolts from Bushranger Golf won the 2008 Final at Eynesbury Golf Course to take out the first Social Golf Club Victorian Championship. Each year, one of the foundation courses hosts the final and the other four each host qualifying rounds. The venue for the final will rotate annually among the foundation courses and additional courses may host qualifying rounds in the future.
